Il dialetto mwfaPrilep-Bitola (mwfqmacedone: Горнопреспански дијалект, Gornoprespanski dijalekt) è un membro del sottogruppo centrale del gruppo occidentale dei dialetti della mwfglingua macedone. Tale dialetto è parlato per lo più nella mwfwregione di Pelagonia (e in particolare a mwgaBitola, mwgqPrilep, mwggKruševo e mwgwDemir Hisar) nella mwhaMacedonia del Nord e dalla minoranza parlante macedone nei dintorni di mwhqFlorina (già mwhgLerin)cite-ref-1[1]cite-ref-2[2] nella confinante mwjwMacedonia greca.
